Hot Summer and Random Updates!

Gosh! time flies so fast... and now its already SUMMER!
But the weather is really erratic.. the day would start a bright sunny morning that gets soo intolerably HOT during midday then suddenly.. the you'll be surprised to see dark sky and in the blink of an eye, here come raindrops falling.

Last holy week, our family didn't spend it elsewhere but home.

Uhmm i am not earning much from serving the ads in the sidebar but just this week I got hired for a new job. Ahh all those grueling past weeks applying for jobs and waiting for phone calls has been worth it. Last Monday i was called for an interview (written and oral) i felt like a student having a thesis defense in front of the panel of judges, there were 6 others aside from me vying for the position.

I am really excited, it's past midnight yet i can't sleep. Im kind of scared i might not wake up early. Have to travel at 4AM so i can reach the office by 9AM . Yup! its far from where we live. I have to ride a bus and then a ferry boat for 30min to get to the other island and then transfer to another bus again. I will have my job orientation at 9Am today.

With this new turn of events, I would have to relocate and for the time being i won't have an internet connection unless they would give me a wi-fi laptop.ü
I know, i will have an internet withdrawal syndrome big time!
No more overnight watching videos at Youtube, gawking (and drooling ..) over cute Korean and other cute asian boiz!

No more Super Junior, DBSK, Fei lun hai... for sometime.

I just finished watching Hana-Kimi Taiwanese version and i can say Wu Chun is love! :-]
Me and my youngest sister are gong gaga over him now! Hana-Kimi is soo funny.. hard not to love him there.

My friday with no electricity

Yay! its 3AM here now..I just got over 18 hours with no electricity today. Looked like all residence in our district wasn't able to pay their electric bills :lol: It was sooo dark! No moon , not even a single stars in the sky. I missed my favorite soap on TV. Wasn't able to cook because we use electric stove which is useless in moment like this. Had only canned goods for dinner, good thing there was a left over rice from this morning. Had no choice but get in bed at 7PM, but wasn't able to sleep comfortably thru the night since it's so dark i was quite paranoid about burglars. I have only my youngest sister with me. Our electricity was restored just an hour ago (2AM), I was itching to get online immediately but 10 minutes after, the lights went out again.

Why am i still up at 3am? The light is back (obviously that's why im online.. ü) and I am cooking breakfast already. My sister will have school practice this morning and i don't like to be forced to wake up early just to cook. So while i'm still wide awake i better make her breakfast. My cooking isn't that good when i am doing it half-hearted. You wanna see what i made?

This morning, after 4 weeks of waiting, i received Google Adsense post mail. Gosh! our post office is sure slow in delivering letters .. and as usual it's already been opened (and taped again..) :shocks: Every time i get a mail from overseas, it's very rare that it would reach me untouched. Why would someone pry open a letter not for them? Grrr.. hello! there's no money in there!
Anyway, with this letter is the PIN i have to enter in my adsense account to be able to receive my ads earnings. Oh, i better remember to make that "privacy policy" tomorrow to comply with Google's new terms with regards to adsense. For now, i better go back to sleep before nasty breakouts appear on my face again. I'll see you folks when i wake up!

A new layout .. and MAROON5 rocking the night

I like my new header! I want to own a notebook like this. My new layout is quite pink c",) so girly.ü

Finally i manage to make a 3 column layout after grueling hours of tweaking xhtml codes which i am really not familiar. If you have blog hopped to this page much earlier, you might have found it a mess :lol:

I've always wanted to have a 3-column blogger layout for sometime now and i just can't seem to make all the templates i've downloaded work. Good thing i was blog hopping earlier today and found this turkish blog with simple tips how to add another sidebar to a Minima template. The site has tool to automatically translate in English. I'm so sorry, i want to credit him but i forgot his website URL. x:bad:x I will try to find him. My next project is to find out how to get rid of blogger icon and have it change to a personalized one.

The cheapest ticket cost about P1575 (these seats are too far from the stage), most expensive seat/ticket cost 10,500 pesos with the current exchange rate that is $258.. wow! so expensive!

It's past midnight now.. i must sleep and think how can i earn and save more money to buy myself a ticket to the Super Junior 1st Asian Tour in Malaysia this May2008. This is going to be my birthday gift to my self. Hope the ticket isn't that expensive cause i would still have to spend for plane ticket to fly to Malaysia.. aahhh im soo excited already. Zzzzzzzzzz
